Our trade association ITRA, International Timeshare Refund Action intends to launch a Class Action case where it is intended that there will be no cost or risk to qualified owners, past and present. ITRA is paying substantial professional fees to facilitate these intended actions. You will not be required to attend in court.
In the USA, RCI made a preliminary offer to their members for alleged inventory skimming from their spacebank.
